Export Manager

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Export Sales Executive to join our team based in I-9, Islamabad. The successful candidate will focus on targeting and developing B2B clients across the Middle East through proactive outreach and relationship management. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals—while maintaining effective communication with both internal teams and clients. The position requires working onsite from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 100,000 to 120,000.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and target potential B2B clients within the Middle East market. Conduct daily cold calls to prospective international customers and develop email outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads. Research new companies, distributors, importers, and business opportunities in the target region. Convert international sales leads into successful transactions and build strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.

Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, communication, quotations, negotiations, follow-ups, and closing deals. Develop new international accounts while maintaining existing customer relationships. Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability, pricing, orders, and delivery requirements. Consistently follow up with prospects to maintain an active sales pipeline.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities in the Middle East. Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, sales activities, and client accounts. Prepare regular reports on outreach efforts, lead generation, conversions, and overall sales performance.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of three years’ experience in export sales, international sales, or business development is essential. Candidates must have a proven track record in B2B international sales and lead generation, with strong cold-calling and email outreach skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities are required, along with a solid understanding of international sales processes.

The ideal candidate will be target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated, capable of working independently. Strong research skills to identify potential international clients effectively are important. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is necessary. Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, email marketing, and lead-generation platforms is expected. The ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups efficiently is also required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience working with Middle Eastern markets is highly preferred. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Commerce, or a related field is advantageous. The role offers a competitive salary range of PKR 100,000 to 120,000 per month.

This position is based onsite at I-9, Islamabad, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
