Responsibilities
- AI-Driven Ticket Resolution: Analyze complex issues, apply human expertise to areas where AI falls short, and contribute to refining the system to close these gaps.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in an engineering role is required, even with limited software support experience.
- Advanced proficiency with generative AI tools is crucial, including experience with multiple AI applications and the ability to automate workflows and develop custom GPTs.
- Experience limited to LLMs for research, learning, brainstorming, or content creation will not qualify.
Salary:
- Starting pay 1000 USD per month ( with increments every six months).
