Expert Financial Services is seeking dedicated agents to join our UK CAB Service team, providing inbound call support for cab service inquiries and bookings. Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally from customers seeking cab service support in the UK.
- Provide accurate information related to cab bookings, service options, and pricing.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and efficiency.
- Document each customer interaction clearly and accurately to ensure consistent service quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate quick problem resolution and improve service processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, service area coverage, and operational procedures.
- Work within established schedules and adhere to performance targets related to call handling and customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalations by following company protocols to ensure customer issues are resolved satisfactorily.
