Experienced Business Developer

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Officer to join our growing call center team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in generating new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through focused outreach and client engagement. Your contributions will directly impact the expansion of our client base and improve the overall profitability of our call center operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities within target sectors such as customer service, telemarketing, and BPO outsourcing.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Develop customized proposals and presentations to effectively pitch call center services to prospective clients.
- Work closely with operations and sales teams to ensure service offerings meet client requirements.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market changes to discover new revenue streams.
- Negotiate contract terms, prepare agreements, and support the onboarding process for new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and closed deals using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, preferably within a call center or BPO environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
