Graphic Designer

Exlin Private Limited is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a minimum of three years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Print Design, and Adobe InDesign. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that communicate the companys brand message effectively across various print and digital media. This position does not involve managing a team but requires close collaboration with marketing and product teams to deliver outstanding design solutions that meet client and company needs. As a Graphic Designer at Exlin Private Limited, you are expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of design principles and trends. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality output within tight deadlines. Your role will include concept development, layout design, and refining visual elements to enhance communication impact. Responsibilities

Develop and create innovative and engaging graphic design concepts for print and digital media including brochures, posters, social media graphics, and advertisements.
Produce high-quality visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and other relevant design tools.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet business and client requirements.
Translate concepts and ideas into visually appealing layouts while maintaining brand consistency across all materials.
Prepare and format artwork for printing and digital publication, ensuring accurate colors, resolution, and specifications.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and software updates to continually enhance design quality and creativity.
Review final designs for errors before publishing or printing and ensure that all feedback is incorporated efficiently.
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members to gather input and provide project updates as necessary.
Maintain organized records of all design files, versions, and project assets to support streamlined workflows and future reference.
