As the Operations Lead, you will oversee plant activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and productivity. The ideal candidate should have a background in chemical process operations and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and provide electrical and mechanical support for problems in Refrigeration systems.
- All kinds of repair and maintenance work at the screw and reciprocating compressors.
- Familiar with P&ID drawings, and mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Write professional service and assessment reports, reports formal and informal to the service manager.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and contractors.
- Collaborating with clients to turn their ideas to a successful product.
- Electro-Mechanical Skills required
- Knowledge of PLC and instruments attached with ammonia refrigeration System.
- Provide leadership to the operational team in the Ammonia Plant.
- Plan, organize, and execute daily operations to achieve production targets.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficient operations.
- Keep tracks of Spare Parts and Control log usage.
- DAE/B.TECH Mech/Electrical, Bachelor\'s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 7-8 of experience handling ammonia refrigeration system.
- FMCG experience will be an advantage.
