Coordinating with heads of departments, regions, managers, and other senior executives to ensure that tasks assigned by the CEO are completed timely and accurately.
Ability to travel as required.
Ensure travel arrangements and visa processing.
Correspond on behalf of the CEO, preparing, summarizing, and editing internal and external correspondence, including letters, emails, and minutes of meetings.
Extend protocol to visitors and manage their travel arrangements and itinerary.
Actively build an effective network of contacts both internally and externally.
Plan, organize, and coordinate functions and special events on behalf of the CEO.
Maintain files and records in an organized and efficient manner.
Proven experience as an executive secretary or in a similar administrative role.
Proficient in MS Office and back-office software (e.g., ERP).
In-depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures, as well as technical vocabulary relevant to the industry.
Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
Integrity and confidentiality.
Degree in business administration or a related field.
