- Maintain content standards aligned with educational best practices
- Conduct interviews and coordinate recruitment efforts for tutors and academic staff.
- Coordinate with tutors regarding schedules, classes, and academic requirements
- Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures to maintain high academic standards.
- Utilize data analysis to track program effectiveness and identify areas for operational improvements.
- Develop strategic plans to enhance educational program coordination and project execution.
