We’re seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize high-ROI paid advertising campaigns that scale growth, improve ROAS, and generate quality leads or sales through precise targeting, creative testing, and data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance for CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
- Develop and test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
- Implement A/B testing to identify high-performing ad sets and strategies
- Prepare and present regular performance reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand alignment
Requirements
- 3+ years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with proven results
- Strong understanding of PPC strategies, audience targeting, and remarketing
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and tracking tools
- Solid knowledge of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and attribution models
- Analytical mindset to turn data into actionable marketing strategies
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets and delivering positive ROI
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certification
- Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or lead generation campaigns
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and marketing automation tools
