Evision Techno Services is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Implementation Coordinator to join our team. This position requires overseeing the coordination and execution of various projects, ensuring seamless delivery and operational efficiency. The role involves managing project schedules, allocating resources effectively, and maintaining close communication with stakeholders to meet company objectives. The candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between planning and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
The Operations & Implementation Coordinator will lead a team of 5 professionals, fostering collaboration and ensuring team alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management, or a related field, and has at least 1 year of relevant experience. Strong organizational skills, effective resource management, and a commitment to operational excellence are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement operational projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and plans, tracking progress and adjusting resources as needed to meet deadlines.
- Manage and allocate resources efficiently to optimize operational workflows and support project requirements.
- Lead and supervise a team of 5 members, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure team productivity and cohesion.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and maintain smooth project execution.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables, preparing status reports and escalating risks or delays to senior management as necessary.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes, increase efficiency, and reduce operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards during project implementation and daily operations.
- Support the development of operational strategies and contribute to the long-term planning of company resources and capabilities.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any operational challenges that arise during project execution to minimize impact on timelines and quality.
