In this role, you take full responsibility for launching and managing Meta ad campaigns tailored to Evervea's product line, analyzing campaign performance to derive actionable insights, and preparing regular reports to inform strategic decisions. You actively monitor daily sales and optimize product pages to maximize conversion rates. The role includes managing a small team of two persons, fostering an efficient workflow while focusing on scaling winning products successfully. Prior experience in the health, wellness, or supplement industry, as well as familiarity with Pakistan's cash-on-delivery (COD) market, would be valuable assets to support the company's growth objectives.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of E-commerce experience
- Proven experience with Shopify
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Experience scaling DTC brands
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- Experience working with health, wellness, or supplement brands
- Experience in Pakistan's COD market
