We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team and help bridge the gap between vendors and suppliers in the RFQ (Request for Quotation) process. In this role, you will:

Develop, edit, and manage comprehensive documentation, process guides, and technical specifications.
Translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content for diverse audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and consistent documentation that supports the RFQ process.
Review and update existing documentation to align with industry standards and company requirements.
Assist in creating templates and improving communication channels between stakeholders.
Able to write in a wide variety of formats, styles, and “voices.”
Able to produce high quality work under tight and sometimes shifting deadlines.
Able to grasp and communicate highly technical information without a background in that area.
Comfortable asking questions of technical experts.
Experience working with federally mandated “plain language” and avoiding “flowery language”.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the B2B or supply chain domain.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to understand and document complex workflows and technical details.
Familiarity with RFQ processes or supply chain operations is a plus.
Disciplined work ethic and the ability to prioritize and juggle projects.
