Manage community interactions by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Plan and execute paid social advertising campaigns to boost visibility and achieve key performance indicators.
Collaborate with graphic design and marketing teams to produce compelling visuals and multimedia content.
Apply SEO techniques tailored for social media platforms to increase organic reach and improve content discoverability.
Utilize content management systems, including Contentful CMS, to organize and publish social media content.
Maintain brand consistency and voice across all digital and social media channels.
Continuously monitor social media trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and stay ahead in the marketplace.
Ensure all social media activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
