The Business Analyst will also be responsible for supporting partners and users by coordinating after-sales services at various service centers, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and finalize potential locations for ESwap battery stations by conducting thorough site assessments and market analysis.
- Perform market surveys and detailed site inspections to assess commercial viability and ensure strategic placement of battery swap stations.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with shop owners and strategic partners to secure deployment sites under favorable terms.
- Coordinate and supervise the deployment process of swap cabinets at approved sites to ensure timely and efficient installation.
- Ensure smooth setup and operational handover of deployed cabinets to partners, maintaining high standards of quality and functionality.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all locations, agreements, and deployment activities to facilitate tracking and reporting.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on deployment progress, competitive landscape, and relevant market insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Support partners and end users by coordinating after-sales services at various service centers, enhancing customer satisfaction and service reliability.
- Conduct extensive travel to potential sites and existing stations for ground-level insights and operational support.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align deployment activities with overall business objectives and customer requirements.
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by leadership to support organizational goals and continuous improvement.
