Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market reach and increase sales revenue.
