Your primary responsibility is to promote and sell Study visa consulting services to individuals seeking assistance with the visa application process. Your main objective will be to drive revenue growth by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and convincing them to utilize the services provided by the visa consulting company.
Job Responsibilities:
• Give applicants for visas thorough instructions on documentation, application requirements, and visas.
• Examine visa applications for accuracy and completeness, noting any information that is missing or wrong.
• Inform applicants with any extra information or papers required to finish their visa application.
• Prepare and put together packets for visa applications in conformity with immigration laws and regulations.
• Present and demonstrate our products or services to clients, showcasing their features and benefits effectively.
• Understand the needs and preferences of customers, and offer suitable solutions to meet their requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• He/She should be willing to create YouTube and TikTok videos.
Requirements:
• Possess a bachelor's degree in a related discipline or have similar experience.
• Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the visa consulting or related industry.
• Strong understanding of the requirements and procedures for applying for visas.
• Excellent verbal and writing communication abilities, with the capacity to work well with a variety of stakeholders and individuals.
• Ability to work and handle administrative tasks will be a plus.
• The ability to organize and track many visa applications at once requires close attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, especially English, Pashto, and Urdu.
