- 1-2 years experience of working in a freight forwarding or import and export environment
- Knowledge of import process
- Arranging letter of authorities from the consignees
- Arranging release with the line on customer behalf
- Arranging deliveries to customer sites
- Liaising with the hauliers and transport company to book deliveries in timely manner.
- Keep and update database of rates and charges.
- Always on the look for cheaper haulage rates from the ports we cover.
- invoicing the customers and ensuring payments are collected in due time.
- Checking supplier invoices and raising it with suppliers if any issues.
- Ensuring high level of customer service is offered
- Ensuring profit maximization.
You will be provided with full training
25 days holidays + Bank holidays.
We are a UK based company.
Relocation will be required as it's UK based vacancy.
