Major Accountabilities:

Lead and optimize product development processes across the value chain, ensuring alignment with market trends, innovation, and sustainability goals.
Develop the ERP module for product development in SAPs, maintain complete documentation trails for samples, and ensure timely, accurate records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure quality standards, efficient processes, and timely delivery of products.
Drive R&D initiatives, cost optimization, and team training while contributing to strategic planning and reporting to senior management.

Criteria: 15 years plus experience in textiles with at least 5 years working as head of the Product development Department in a textiles unit.

Educational background. B.Sc. Textile Engineering from an HEC-recognized institute with a specialization in Spinning, Knitting or processing.Computer Literacy.

Advanced Excel supremacy.
Ability to work with simulated reports and datasheets.
Ability to work with Internal software/ERP.

General Communication skills.

Ability to absorb technical knowledge while being a good listener.
Ability to write/answer professional dossier and emails.

Candidates with strong knowledge and experience of working with technical fibers. Preference will be given to people having work experience in spinning, knitting, and processing of textiles.
