Machine Analysis:
- Study and analyze the performance of flat knitting machines, identifying and resolving technical issues.
Production Optimization:
- Ensure efficient utilization of machines to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Programming Systems Maintenance:
- Regularly update and maintain machine programming to stay aligned with advancements in technology.
Training and Supervision:
- Train junior operators and supervise knitting processes to ensure consistent quality production.
Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of machine programming, design integration, and production outcomes for future reference.
Qualifications / Requirements
Educational Background:
- Diploma or degree in Textile Engineering, Knitting Technology, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in programming flat knitting machines (e.g., Stoll, Shima Seiki, or others).
Experience:
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in operating, programming, and maintaining flat knitting machines.
Design Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of knitting patterns and design integration for various textile applications.
Analytical Skills:
- Ability to study machine behavior, analyze issues, and implement effective programming solutions.
Adaptability:
- Familiarity with recent advancements in knitting machine technology and a willingness to adopt new techniques.

- Focus on accuracy to ensure high-quality textile production.
