Major Accountabilities:
- Lead quality assurance for fabric production and knitting machinery, ensuring adherence to standards, inspecting samples, and collaborating with teams to meet customer and company requirements.
- Develop and implement QA protocols, address defects through root cause analysis, optimize machinery performance, and manage spare parts inventory for seamless operations.
- Define and execute quality strategies, monitor performance metrics, and align production with organizational goals and customer expectations.
- Provide training, integrate new technologies, support R&D efforts, and promote continuous improvement within the QA team.
Criteria
- 10-15 Years of experience in Knitting Production, Quality & Machine maintenance of textiles’ unit Styles MTM, Interloop, or Klash Textiles.
- Educational background.
- B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from an HEC-recognized institute with a specialization in Knitting.
- Preference will be given to those candidates having experience in Knitting Production.
