Major Accountabilities:
- Review and execute weekly production plans, ensure worker attendance, and coordinate with relevant departments to address any issues.
- Meet daily production targets, ensure timely availability of yarn and machine maintenance, and coordinate with the store for resources.
- Train and guide shift in-charges, maintain discipline in the department, and foster teamwork and collaboration with other departments.
- Ensure quality inspection of finished goods, implement safety measures, and maintain proper storage of materials while focusing on professional growth and completing assigned tasks.
Criteria
- 15 years of experience working in production of the knitting department.Educational background.o B.A from a recognized institute.o Technical diploma/certification with hands-on knowledge will be preferred. Computer Literacy.
- Ability to understand the Integrated reports and take action on it.
- Ability to work on Excel with basic formulas.
General Communication skills.
- Ability to absorb technical knowledge while being a good listener.
- Ability to write/answer professional dossier and emails.
