We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee the management of stock, inventory flow, and vendor coordination. The role is critical in ensuring efficient stock management across warehouses, stores, and vendor supply chains while maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet business demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit daily sales and inventory reports for multiple locations.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor stock levels across stores and warehouses, ensuring availability and timely replenishment.
  • Conduct physical stock counting weekly.
  • Identify low inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for restocking.
  • Verify inventory quantities with transfer papers during stock transfers.

Vendor Coordination:

  • Manage vendor orders and follow up with suppliers such as Kacha Order, Arshad Truck Art, and others.
  • Verify bills, quantities, and rates for vendor deliveries.
  • Regularly check vendor rates to ensure cost efficiency.

Warehouse Operations:

  • Oversee daily stock transfers, dispatches, and receipt verification processes.
  • Perform quality and quantity checks of inventory at the Karachi Warehouse.
  • Manage dead stock and low-inventory items at the warehouse.

Task Coordination:

  • Coordinate tasks assigned by the management team, including random and priority tasks.
  • Ensure smooth execution of stock dispatches and transfers with proper documentation.

Barcode and Process Optimization:

  • Implement barcode pasting and verification systems for stock organization.
  • Regularly review inventory processes to reduce discrepancies and optimize stock handling.

Inventory Insights:

  • Regularly update the team about inventory trends, shortages, and vendor performance.
  • Ensure stock counts are updated on the website (if applicable) to maintain online and offline inventory consistency.

Bill Verification:

  • Cross-check vendor bills against delivered quantities for accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Physical Checks:

  • Conduct periodic physical checks of stock and update inventory systems to minimize errors.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in a retail or manufacturing environment.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and vendor negotiation abilities.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and process efficiency.
