Fresh DAE Electrical & Electronics

Era Group is seeking a Fresh DAE Electrical & Electronics candidate with a foundational understanding of electrical and electronic components to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who possess a diploma in Electrical or Electronics and are eager to start their career in a hands-on technical position. The candidate will engage in testing and calibration tasks, supporting various instrumentation projects, and will demonstrate good communication and learning capabilities to adapt and grow within the company. The position requires a willingness to travel to different site locations, with a bike being essential for transportation. The individual will work closely with experienced engineers and technicians to gain practical exposure and develop their skills in electrical and electronic testing environments. Although this role does not include team management responsibilities, it offers a valuable opportunity to build a solid foundation in instrumentation and calibration that can support future career growth within Era Group. This position demands a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to execute assigned tasks with accuracy and reliability.
Responsibilities

Perform testing and calibration of electrical and electronic instruments and equipment according to specified procedures.
Assist in the setup, installation, and maintenance of instrumentation systems at various site locations.
Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of electrical and electronic components during site operations.
Maintain accurate records of test results, calibration data, and equipment usage for reporting purposes.
Collaborate with senior engineers and team members to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
Adhere to safety protocols and company standards while performing site visits and handling electrical equipment.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and site personnel to ensure work is aligned with project requirements.
Travel to different site locations as required using a bike for transportation to perform hands-on technical tasks.
Continuously learn and update technical knowledge relevant to the electrical and electronics field.
Support the team in achieving project goals by contributing a motivated and solution-oriented mindset.
