Responsibilities:
- Conducting Doctor On boarding/ Sales and promotional activities daily to create awareness bring traffic and on boarding of medical practitioners/patients (in Hospitals & GP Market, e.g. Private Clinics, Pharmacies/Labs, other Health care setups/On ground Health Camps and patient’s communities on Shifaam’s website.
- Achieve / exceed allocated targets set by the company consistently through effective and efficient on-boarding/selling activities in the assigned area/ region.
- Timely prepare and submit the Sales Reporting and related documents to the Head Office as per the requirement.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing customers.
- Establish Rapport and address day-to-day concerns of on-boarded doctors via Account management.
- Manage Sales / Customers Accounts efficiently.
- Carry out health related camps/campaigns/ seminar/symposia in order to build Shifaam’s image and brand identity locally.
- Gather Competitor data on monthly basis to be shared with the Head Office.
- To carry out any other special task assigned by the management. Additional Information:
- Experience: 2-3 years (preferably in same capacity with a pharmaceutical company)
- Location: Karachi
- Verbal & Written Skills: Should be good in spoken & written English and Urdu.
- Other Skills: MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Qualification: Preferably Science graduate (Pharm-D / MBBS) with a Sales & Marketing experience
