Are you a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills? Epic Soft Technologies is looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our team as Customer Support Representatives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing assistance and resolving inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
  • Assist customers with technical troubleshooting and guide them through problem-solving steps.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related role is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
  • Willingness to work evening shifts from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday to Saturday.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
