Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via email and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints, process orders, and provide accurate product information.
  • Track and update customers about their orders and shipments.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional communication tone.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  •  Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms are a plus.
  • Team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
