Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to promote team engagement and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.
  • Utilize project management tools, such as JIRA, to track progress, identify roadblocks, and maintain clear communication.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices in software development.
  • Cultivate decision-making skills within the team to empower members to take ownership of their tasks.
