You will spearhead our digital marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. This role involves leading cross-channel campaigns, leveraging data analytics for decision-making, and driving measurable growth. Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning and Leadership

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing roadmap that aligns with organizational objectives and target KPIs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape the company’s digital vision and drive innovation in marketing practices.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies to emerging opportunities and challenges.

2. Campaign Development and Management

  • Oversee the design, execution, and performance of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email.
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to maximize campaign ROI.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve the highest impact.

3. SEO and Website Optimization

  • Develop and implement robust SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and rankings.
  • Collaborate with web development and content teams to optimize website structure, performance, and user experience.
  • Monitor and analyze site traffic, conversions, and bounce rates, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement.

4. Paid Media Management

  • Plan and execute high-performing PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Analyze paid media performance metrics to refine targeting, bidding, and creative strategies.

5. Analytics and Reporting

  • Use advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) to measure the performance of campaigns and generate actionable insights.
  • Provide detailed, data-driven reports to stakeholders, highlighting success metrics and areas for improvement.

6. Content Strategy and Development

  • Oversee the creation of compelling, value-driven content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality assets, including blog posts, whitepapers, videos, and infographics.

7. Team Leadership and Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align digital efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A master’s degree or additional certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) is a strong plus.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns across diverse channels.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale digital advertising budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing strategic marketing initiatives and quantifiable results.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in marketing platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of website analytics, user experience principles, and CRO techniques.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and marketing automation tools.
