Encore Vision Technologies is seeking a dynamic and creative SEO & Social Media Executive / Reel Creator to join our team remotely. This role demands a dedicated and hardworking individual who can efficiently manage search engine optimization and social media activities while creating engaging video reels to enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have at least six months of relevant experience and a strong grasp of SEO best practices, content creation, and video editing techniques. As part of this position, you will work closely with a team of 10 professionals, contributing to strategic planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns aimed at elevating our online presence. This position requires a candidate with strong attention to detail, the ability to analyze data using SEO auditing tools, and adapt to evolving digital platforms. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and candidates must be based in Lahore with reliable internet access to accommodate remote work. The role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to growth initiatives by planning content calendars, conducting keyword research, and leveraging tools such as Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to optimize and monitor campaign performances.
Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
Create, edit, and produce high-quality reels and other video content for social media platforms to boost engagement and brand awareness.
Plan and maintain a comprehensive content calendar aligning with marketing goals and seasonal campaigns.
Monitor website analytics using Google Analytics and other SEO auditing tools to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct thorough keyword research utilizing Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to optimize content and advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, social media algorithms, and video production techniques to continuously improve strategies.
Manage and lead a team of 10 members by providing guidance, setting clear goals, and ensuring timely execution of tasks.
Coordinate remote team operations effectively by maintaining communication and fostering productivity.
Evaluate and report on campaign results and team performance to senior management.
Maintain a responsible and proactive approach to learning and adapting new tools and methodologies relevant to SEO and social media.
