We are seeking a motivated and experienced “Recruiter” to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates from Indeed and other platforms.
Complying all the records of resumes of candidates from Indeed and other platforms in Excel.
The job title and description will be provided to you. All I need you to do is to post these jobs on your own Indeed employer account and then export the candidates that apply and send them to me.
Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices to improve recruitment strategies and processes continuously.
Required Qualifications:
The all you need is to have your own Indeed employer account.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 to 3 experience required in working with USA agencies.
Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, with a successful track record of sourcing and selecting candidates and complying with Ms. Excel.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
I will not provide any indeed employer account. You must have your own Indeed employer account to post jobs.
Having your own HP and Dell laptop and this also an ongoing remote job from home.
Working experience with US candidates would be a strong plus.
