Empire Offshore seeks an experienced Compliance Manager with over 10 years of expertise to oversee internal operations and ensure adherence to company standards and policies. This role focuses on maintaining smooth workflows across departments such as Marketing, Sales, Development, and Design while ensuring compliance with established internal controls and risk management frameworks. The Compliance Manager plays a crucial part in monitoring operations, implementing effective policies, and utilizing CRM and project management tools to track team performance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. While this position does not involve managing a team directly, it requires collaborating closely with various departments to improve workflows, maintain comprehensive reports and documentation, and ensure that standard operating procedures (SOPs) are consistently followed. Experience within a digital marketing or development agency environment is advantageous, supporting the companys commitment to compliance and operational excellence.
Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee CRM systems including GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, and similar platforms to support operational processes.
  • Monitor internal workflows and ensure strict compliance with standard operating procedures across all departments.
  • Track team performance, attendance, and adherence to project deadlines through effective use of compliance reporting tools and operational KPIs.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and reporting on compliance status, audit results, and operational metrics.
  • Review and develop policies to strengthen the internal controls framework and enhance risk management procedures.
  • Utilize audit management and internal audit automation platforms to support compliance monitoring activities and improve audit efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Development, and Design departments to promote a culture of compliance and operational integrity.
  • Analyze operational data and feedback to identify opportunities for process improvements and workflow enhancements.
  • Ensure that all departmental activities align with organizational compliance requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Stay current with evolving compliance regulations and industry best practices to recommend updates to internal policies and procedures.
