Responsibilities:
Graphic Design Duties
- Create visually appealing graphics for marketing materials, brochures, and social media content.
- Develop branding elements, including logos, banners, and infographics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design advertisements and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in brand aesthetics across all design elements.
Digital Media Management Duties
- Manage social media accounts by posting content, engaging with followers, and growing the online presence.
- Create and schedule social media content aligned with the company’s goals and brand identity.
- Analyze and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Develop digital marketing strategies to boost engagement and visibility.
Architectural Design Duties (2D & 3D)
- Design 2D floor plans and layouts using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Create 3D models and visualizations for architectural projects to showcase concepts and ideas.
- Collaborate with architects or project managers to ensure designs meet project specifications and client needs.
- Update and revise designs based on client feedback and technical requirements.
Collaboration and Project Management
- Work closely with the marketing and architectural teams to ensure designs align with business goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, digital marketing, and architecture.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a similar role.
- Proficiency in creative software’s specially Auto cad 2D, 3D and Adobe Suit.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Experience in the Social Media Marketing and creative Designs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in handling cash and preparing financial reports.
