Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive operational, client, KPIs, and bid proposal reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
- Perform data extraction, cleaning, and transformation using SQL and Power Query.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and ensure the accuracy and relevance of reports and analysis.
- Manage the lifecycle of analytical projects, from data collection through to visualization and end-user adoption.
- Continuously improve the reporting and analysis processes by implementing new data analysis techniques and technologies.
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all data.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data Science, statistics, economics, or a related field or Data Analysis certification.
- 0-2 years of experience specifically in data analysis / business intelligence. Projects will be required to evaluate the candidates.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and visualize data, resulting in actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in automating processes using vba, python or similar technologies.
