EM-A Shipping Agencies is looking for Business Development Executive in Sales & Marketing Department for its Head Office in Karachi.

Candidate must be energetic and proactive in pursuing new businesses and providing business solutions.
Candidate must have effective customer service orientation, strong business acumen and ability to work under pressure.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, negotiation and follow up skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gains & customer satisfaction.
Conduct research on rates to identify new markets & customer needs.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Arrange business meetings with business partners.
Experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
