As a Truck Dispatcher at elint Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing the transportation of goods, ensuring timely deliveries and optimizing routes for maximum efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Dispatching and booking the loads through DAT, truckstop and direct clients
- Coordinating with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to communicate delivery schedules, route changes, and any other relevant information.
- Monitoring driver activities and providing necessary support to resolve any issues or delays.
- Utilizing ELD's to track shipments, update delivery statuses, and maintain accurate records.
- Optimizing routes and assigning appropriate equipment based on shipment requirements and vehicle availability.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and transportation laws.
