We are seeking dedicated and dynamic individuals to join our Inbound Telecom team as Call Center Agents. This is a night shift position, requiring individuals to work Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Generate leads and process customer inquiries efficiently
  • Adhere to strict quality and performance standards
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Proficiency in using computers and call center software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Flexibility to work night shifts
  • A positive attitude and a passion for customer service
