We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial in managing lead extraction from automated systems, organizing data, and optimizing Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in autodialer systems and lead management.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Extraction and Management
- a. Extract and integrate leads from automated sources into autodialer systems.
- b. Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Autodialer Operations
- Upload and manage leads in autodialer systems.
- Troubleshoot lead processing issues.
Data Organization
- Organize scraped data across various storage platforms.
- Implement structured data formats for easy access.
Spreadsheet Optimization
- Create and manage interlinked Google Sheets/Excel files.
- Automate tasks using tools like Coupler.io or Sheetgo.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze lead data to identify trends and insights.
- Generate regular reports on lead generation and data integrity.
Call Center Support
- a. Provide accurate lead information for cold calling efforts.
- b. Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead generation strategies.
- c. Train team members on Google Sheets for reporting and tracking.
Technical Proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with autodialer systems and lead uploads.
Data Management
- Expertise in managing large datasets with a focus on quality.
- Ability to implement effective data storage solutions.
Analytical Skills
