- Record sales invoices and maintain the sales ledger.
- Prepare customer receivable reports and reconcile them with ledgers.
- Follow up with customers regarding receipts.-Create monthly blanket orders
- Maintain sales item-wise and customer-wise records in Odoo (ERP).
- Maintain proper sales invoice files along with delivery challans (DCs).
- Prepare monthly stock reports for sales tax returns.
- Submit monthly stock reports and receivable reports to our bank.
- Assist the Finance department in forecasting fund positions.
- Update the price list Report.-Work on Annexure
- A and Annexure-C for monthly sales tax returns.
- Manage withholdings of goods, services, SRB, and 149.
- Reconcile all tax-related ledgers, including input tax, output tax, and refunds.
