WHO WE ARE:
Electronic Security Company (ESCO) is Pakistan's largest distributor of Video Surveillance (VS), Public Address (PA), Access Control Systems (ACS), and various relevant Communication and Information Technology Electronics. We are looking for a experienced administrator to control inventory through enforcement of specific set of rules and policies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieving 100% precise match of physical vs. theoretical stock count.
- Processing/Recording Stock Plans, Receipts and Deliveries in ERP.
- Obtaining, scanning and uploading proof of deliveries and receipts to the cloud based ERP.
- Maintaining a library like arrangement in the warehouse.
- Conducting stock audits as per audit calendar.
- Take part in planning and allocating space for upcoming consignments.
- Ensuring all inventory processes are met with company standards.
- Periodic feedback to the senior management.
- Investigate, Find, Report and Remove Discrepancies.
EXPERIENCE:
- Fresh Candidates are also eligible and encouraged to apply however experienced team leaders will be a preference.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Email communication savvy.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities Accounting basic concepts
