Who we are:

Electronic Security Company (ESCO) is Pakistan's largest distributor of Video Surveillance (VS), Public Address (PA), Access Control Systems (ACS), and various relevant Communication and Information Technology Electronics. We are looking for a services supervisor/coordinator having vast experience in handling client communication as well as technicians/labourers handling in relevant or similar services field. You'll assign, manage and lead a team of CCTV Camera and other ELV systems installers and will ensure a smooth customer experience.

Timings:

Saturday-Thursday 11:00 am to 8:00 pm (Friday off)

The ideal candidate will be:

Well-groomed, well versed in telephonic conversations
Must possess a 'Smile on his voice'
Must be energetic, friendly, and a problem-solver

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Act as a point of contact for Clients and Team of Installers
Be responsible for managing schedule and task assignments for installation teams
Ensure that all team members are aware of their specific project duties
Maintain an activity/commitment calendar with job start time, planned end time/deadline and job priority management
Keep a strict check on schedule, ensuring successful and precise job completion
Maintain a detailed call log including commitment, correspondence and feedback calls
Discourage direct client communication with Team Members for appointments/complaints
Proactive/timely communication with the clients keeping in view their complete satisfaction
