Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

High-Performance Code Development

Design and write clean, efficient, and scalable code to optimize logistics solutions.
Collaborate with the development team to build software that supports business objectives.
Focus on code optimization for speed and performance, especially in high-load environments.

Technical Implementation

Work with various technologies to develop efficient backend systems.
Ensure the integration of APIs, databases, and cloud services to support logistics operations.
Maintain and improve existing codebases and ensure the quality of the software.

Project Collaboration

Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and decision-making processes.
Work closely with the product and operations teams to understand requirements and deliver features on time.
Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the software development cycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
Experience in logistics, transportation, or related industries is a plus but not required.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Java for backend development.
Strong understanding of technologies such as Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and Apache Kafka for efficient data processing and communication.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with Docker and microservices architecture.

Communication Skills

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
