As a Student Counsellor at Eila Solutions, you play a vital role in enhancing the student experience through effective communication and support. You will conduct student assessments, counsel prospects on suitable academic pathways, and coordinate with various teams to ensure a seamless admission process. Maintaining accurate student records and following up with applicants to nurture positive engagement is essential. Participation in educational events and seminars is also part of your responsibilities to better inform and guide potential students. This role does not involve team management but requires a proactive approach to individual responsibilities and collaborative coordination to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide detailed counselling to prospective students about available academic programs and career options.
- Guide and assist students through each step of the admission process to ensure clarity and ease.
- Conduct follow-up communications with students to maintain engagement and provide ongoing support.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate student records and documentation for all counselling activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth operations related to student admissions and services.
- Participate actively in educational events, seminars, and outreach programs to promote awareness and student enrolment.
- Perform student assessments to identify individual needs and provide tailored counselling.
- Develop a confident and approachable presence to effectively address students queries and concerns.
- Utilize basic MS Office tools to prepare reports, manage communications, and organize counselling schedules.
- Ensure professional and positive interactions with all prospective students and stakeholders.
