Eila Solutions is seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to lead and oversee the organization's IT operations and strategy in Rawalpindi. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the IT field, including significant exposure to senior leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, and possesses deep knowledge in areas such as IT strategy, digital transformation, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, enterprise resource planning, cloud technologies, and IT governance.
Although this role does not involve direct team management, the Information Technology Manager will collaborate extensively with different departments and IT professionals to ensure the smooth delivery of technology solutions and projects. The role also demands expertise in business continuity planning, risk management, regulatory compliance, and efficient IT operations management. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, PMP, ITIL, AWS, Microsoft, or Cisco will be considered a significant advantage. Working hours are from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, and the compensation package includes a competitive salary range along with additional benefits.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies aligned with the companys business goals and objectives.

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of IT infrastructure including hardware, software, and networks.

Coordinate with stakeholders to design, implement, and manage ERP and cloud-based solutions.
Monitor and manage IT governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans to minimize disruptions.
Assess and mitigate IT-related risks, ensuring secure and reliable business operations.
Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and external partners for procurement and maintenance of technology services.
Provide technical guidance and support to various departments to enable effective use of information technology.
Track emerging IT trends and evaluate their applicability within the organization.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management regarding IT performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Manage IT budget planning and ensure optimal resource allocation.
Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and best practices throughout the organization.
