As a Digital Media Specialist at EFU Life Assurance Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in managing our digital projects, which encompass our digital campaigns, website, mobile application, and community engagement. You will collaborate with senior management to align digital strategies with overarching business objectives, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) guide your decisions. Your expertise in digital media will help you craft targeted content that resonates with our audience, fostering growth and engagement across various platforms. While this role does not involve team management, you will coordinate with digital agencies to fine-tune media planning, buying, and execution. Your analytical abilities will be key as you assess the effectiveness of campaigns and derive insights from various analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4, to drive data-oriented decisions. Your focus on championing innovation, coupled with your strong communication skills, will empower you to succeed in this dynamic environment, ultimately contributing to the success of EFU Life Assurance Ltd.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies aligned with company goals and audience needs.
  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
  • Analyze data from Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with external digital agencies to facilitate effective media planning and buying strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of digital projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet deadlines and stay within budget.
  • Monitor and optimize upper and lower funnel campaigns, analyzing key metrics such as demographics, traffic sources, and conversion rates.
  • Engage with online communities and manage interactions across social media platforms to build brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and social media, continuously exploring new tools and techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed analytics and reporting documents that highlight campaign performance and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings with the marketing team to share insights and collaborate on initiatives that support broader marketing objectives.
