EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a Deputy Manager in HR Analytics to join its dynamic Human Resources team. This role focuses on harnessing data to provide actionable insights that enhance workforce management and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical capabilities and is adept at interpreting complex HR metrics to deliver clear, concise reports and dashboards. You will collaborate with various HR and business units to ensure the accuracy of HR data and support organizational goals through data-driven recommendations. This position demands a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills who thrives on transforming data into impactful narratives without direct team management responsibilities. The Deputy Manager drives the collection, validation, and analysis of HR data, ensuring the integrity and compliance of information across platforms. You will develop comprehensive dashboards, generate detailed management information systems (MIS) reports, and conduct trend analysis to assist leadership in strategic planning. The role requires proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau, as well as a solid foundation in statistical methods and HR processes. Being the linchpin between HR teams and stakeholders, you ensure that reporting needs are met with precision and clarity, fostering a culture of informed decision-making throughout the organization.
Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate, and analyze HR data to maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting platforms.
  • Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and MIS reports that provide clear insights into workforce analytics for management review.
  • Analyze workforce trends, metrics, and patterns to deliver actionable insights that inform HR strategies and business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and facilitate audit readiness by maintaining robust documentation and data integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with HR teams and business stakeholders to identify and fulfill their reporting and analytics needs in a timely manner.
  • Utilize advanced skills in MS Excel and HRMS software to manipulate and interpret complex datasets effectively.
  • Leverage business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau to create visual representations that simplify complex HR data.
  • Monitor and improve existing HR analytics processes to enhance data quality, reporting efficiency, and usability.
  • Communicate findings clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, including leadership and operational teams.
  • Maintain attention to detail while managing multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
