Working Days & Hours: 3 Days a week (Friday to Sunday), 10 AM to 7 PM

Compensation:

Basic Salary: Rs. 20,000.00 – Rs. 30,000.00 per month, based on skills.
Design Success Allowance: 20% of basic salary for each successful design.
Sales Commission: Up to 5% of the sale price for referred sales.
Performance-based Salary Increments: Yearly salary increments based on performance.
Bonuses: Half-yearly bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities:

Creative Concept Development: Brainstorm and create innovative design concepts for Women's Western wear, including both casual and formal collections, in line with our brand’s aesthetics and target market preferences.
Design Execution: Develop marketable designs with a focus on high-quality tailoring, fabric selection, and embellishment techniques. Work closely with pattern makers and manufacturers to ensure accurate production.
Trend Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and analyze consumer preferences to keep designs fresh and competitive. Keep a close eye on competitors' offerings and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaboration: Work closely with the merchandising, marketing, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of design concepts from ideation to final product.
Fabric & Material Selection: Research, source, and select fabrics, materials, and embellishments that align with design objectives, while respecting budget constraints.
Collection Presentation: Prepare and present seasonal collections to stakeholders, clearly articulating your design vision and how it aligns with brand strategies.
Quality Control: Oversee the sampling and production processes to maintain the highest standards of quality, ensuring each design is executed as intended.
Brand Representation: Attend fashion events, trade shows, and meetings to represent the brand and stay updated on industry developments.
Documentation: Keep detailed records of all design concepts, development stages, and production processes for reference and future use.
Other Duties: Take on additional tasks assigned by management as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Educational Background: A degree in fashion production, textiles, or garment manufacturing from a recognized institution, with exposure to Western techniques.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in fashion design (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Expertise: A strong understanding of Western garment construction, including high-quality tailoring and embellishment techniques.
Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or CLO 3D.
Production Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of stitching and embroidery production, from initial design to final garment creation.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills to independently manage market visits, factory coordination, and transport logistics.
Passion: A deep passion for Western fashion design and an unwavering commitment to producing exceptional garments.
Attention to Detail: Excellent time management and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Trend Forecasting: A strong ability to forecast trends and adapt designs accordingly.
