Supervisor Civil

Ee Consultants is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor Civil to oversee and ensure the quality and safety of construction projects, specifically in areas such as water supply, sewerage, water treatment plants, and buildings. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in civil technology with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Capable to handle AutoCAD and MS Office. This role demands a keen eye for detail to perform site inspections and enforce construction quality control and assurance standards effectively. The Supervisor Civil will manage a team of 2 personnel to coordinate daily site activities, ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols, and maintain rigorous inspection and testing procedures. The Supervisor Civil will play a critical role in driving project success by ensuring all construction phases meet regulatory requirements and company standards while fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications, focusing on water supply, sewerage, water treatment plants, and building construction.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction quality and safety compliance in line with safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
Implement and enforce construction quality control and assurance (QC/QA) processes to meet the highest quality standards.
Lead and manage a team of 2 personnel, providing guidance, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance to ensure efficient project execution.
Perform inspection and testing of construction materials, workmanship, and finished structures to verify compliance with design and regulatory requirements.
Prepare detailed reports on site conditions, quality control activities, and any deviations from project specifications, recommending corrective actions where necessary.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues affecting construction quality and safety.
Maintain documentation and records related to construction inspections, quality control, and safety procedures.
Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and technological advances relevant to civil construction and apply this knowledge to improve site operations.
Ensure that all personnel comply with safety protocols and use personal protective equipment appropriately to minimize accidents and hazards on the construction site.
Coordinate with suppliers and laboratories for timely testing and verification of materials used in construction projects.
Monitor progress against project schedules and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
