We are currently looking for energetic and passionate call center representatives to join our teams. We are hiring experienced and fresh call center agents for our campaigns.
Job Responsibility:
- The Agent will be making calls to our international clients, for that; fluent English is a must.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics and responding to calls.
- Manage outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identify the customer needs on call, seize the opportunity to upsell the campaign with clear information.
Job Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, with a good accent. (This is a must).
- Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience in a similar campaign is a plus and preferred (Fresh Candidates can also apply)
- The candidate should be punctual and responsible with a positive attitude.
- Must have basic computer knowledge.
