• Provide excellent customer service to any visiting clients in a professional manner.
  • Insuring reception and any other client areas are always kept presentable.
  • Support client relationships including maintaining client contact details.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office.
  • Answer phones, handle inquiries, and emails promptly.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Greet and assist clients, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student applications, enrolment, and other relevant information.
  • Enter data into the system and ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Schedule appointments for clients to meet with academic counsellor.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Assist in financial transactions, such as processing payments and issuing receipts.
  • Address and resolve inquiries or issues raised by clients.
  • Collaborate with other team members to find solutions to challenges.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Any other additional duties assigned by office manager.
