Eden Cars Group (UK based) is looking for a flexible, reliable, punctual, and professional Taxi Controller. You will be working from Home remotely. Essential training can be provided.

Requirements:

  • Good computer literacy- You Must Have Fluent in English or Good Band in IELTS
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • 8, 10 and 12 Hours per day Working pattern.
  • Typing and Spelling- Interpersonal skills
  • Punctuality.

Main Duties:

  • Dispatching the bookings to suitable drivers,- Working days are 30 days (every day).
  • However, emergency off day can be granted sometimes
  • Taking bookings from customers in an efficient, accurate, friendly, and timely manner.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service, dealing with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
